Joseph Haeffner has been the accountant at First Christian Church since the end of 2006.  A retired CPA and tax advisor, he also worked for Verizon as VP and Chief Financial Officer of Verizon Directory Subsidiary.  Joe holds a BA in philosophy from Catholic University and an MS in Management Science from Johns Hopkins.  Joe is a native of Baltimore where he raised his two children Michael and Gayle with his wife Trish.  Joe is a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Towson, where he has served as a cantor and soloist for over forty years.  He also enjoys reading, golf, and logic puzzles.
