The First Christian Church Education Team and the Men of the Church are partnering with House of Ruth Maryland to offer Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper on Tuesday, Feb. 21st, 2012, 5:00-7:30 p.m. in the Social Hall of First Christian Church Baltimore. Free parking is provided.

The Shrove Menu includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage or Canadian bacon, a variety of toppings, including maple syrup and fresh fruit, and beverages. Cash or check at the door: $7 for adults, $3 for children under 12, free for infants under 3. Reservations are accepted but not required; to place a reservation, call the Church Office at 410-435-1706.

Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper embraces our congregation's Action Plan theme to Enable Service and our Education Team's goal to Learn About Faith in Action. All proceeds will be donated to our mission project, the House of Ruth Maryland, one of the nation's leading domestic violence centers, helping thousands of battered women and their children find safety and security. We thank God for the House of Ruth and for this opportunity to take action to stop violence toward women and children.
