July 12, 2011 -- Long-time member of First Christian Church, Helen Hunt, went gone on to God. She was born July 31, 1915. Her funeral service at Oakcrest Chapel (8800 Walther Boulevard Parkville MD 21234) was Saturday, July 16th, at 11:00 a.m., arrangements by Ruck Towson Funeral Home, with Rev. David Caldwell, former senior pastor of First Christian Church officiating, and Rev. Carol Cook, current pastor of First Christian, assisting. One of Helen Hunt's sons, Richard T. Hunt, preceeded his mother in death and was memorialized at First Christian Church on June 1, 2011.
